1. Registration & Payment

• Seat is confirmed only after full payment via Razorpay (prices shown are ₹ X 000 + 18 % GST).
• An e-invoice is auto-emailed upon successful payment.

2. Refund & Cancellation

• No cancellations or refunds once payment is made, including no-shows.
• Money-Back Guarantee: attend the entire first day; if you are not satisfied, just say so for a 100 % refund within seven banking days.

3. Seat Transfers

• Seat may be transferred by emailing workshop@empanetics.in at least 24 hours before Day 1 (09 : 30 hrs IST).
• Transfers requested within 24 hours of Day 1 will not be accepted.

4. Age & Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older. Government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in.

5. Mentoring Add-On

• The optional 12-week mentoring track is governed by a separate Mentoring Agreement covering scheduling, confidentiality, and rescheduling policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All workshop content, slides, and the Interpersonal Trust Growth Framework™ are proprietary to Empanetics Research Labs and Technologies (P) Ltd. (also referred to as: Empanetics)
• Materials are provided for personal development only and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written consent.

7. Media Release

• Photography and short-form video may be captured for educational or promotional use.

8. Force Majeure

• Empanetics may reschedule, relocate, or move the event online due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, government order).
• If rescheduling is unacceptable, a full refund will be offered.

9. Liability

• Empanetics is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or property damage incurred while attending the workshop, except where required by Indian law.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
